Dedicated Home Services is a family-owned, Colorado-licensed Class B agency. We provide in-home support services (IHSS), personal care, homemaker, and companionship so people can stay in their own homes. Health First Colorado members and private-pay clients are both welcome. Call (720) 591-0000.

If you are not using Health First Colorado for these hours, we can discuss personal care, homemaker, and companionship as private-pay services within our Class B scope. Call to ask about availability in your county.
Counties we serve
Dedicated Home Services works in six Denver-metro counties. In-home visits are scheduled; they are not walk-in and they are not overnight or live-in coverage. Required 24-hour backup for a missed scheduled IHSS visit is separate from overnight staffing.

What we do
IHSS
In-home support services for Health First Colorado members, including family attendants working through the agency, and health maintenance only when it is authorized under IHSS.
Personal care
Help with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and meals, so people can stay in their own homes.
Homemaker
Light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and errands (including picking up medications), meal preparation, and deep cleaning when your payer source allows.
Companionship is part of in-home support when it is on the plan or the private-pay agreement. Which tasks we can provide may depend on your payer source.
What we do not advertise
In scope for a Class B agency
- IHSS, personal care, homemaker, and companionship
- Medication reminders
- Picking up medications as an errand
- Health maintenance only when authorized under IHSS
- Scheduled in-home visits in the six counties above
Not general services we sell
- Wound care, skilled lifting, or skilled nursing
- Medication administration, except when authorized under IHSS
- Overnight or live-in staffing (IHSS backup for a missed scheduled visit is separate)
- Walk-in medical care at the Lakewood office
Questions families and case managers ask
Do you accept Health First Colorado (Medicaid)?
Yes. Dedicated Home Services provides in-home support services (IHSS) for Health First Colorado members when services are authorized. We also serve private-pay clients. We cannot decide Medicaid eligibility or hours; your case manager does that.
Which counties do you serve?
Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties in the Denver metro. Our office is in Lakewood.
Are you a skilled home health agency?
No. We are a Colorado-licensed Class B non-medical agency. We provide IHSS, personal care, homemaker, and companionship. We do not advertise skilled nursing, wound care, skilled lifting, or medication administration except when those tasks are authorized under IHSS as health maintenance. Medication reminders are part of personal care.
Can a family member work as the attendant?
If you are authorized for IHSS, a qualified family member can work as your attendant through Dedicated Home Services. We handle the agency side. Confirm with your case manager and call us.
How do I start services?
Health First Colorado / IHSS: talk with your case manager, choose Dedicated Home Services from the HCPF IHSS provider list, then complete intake with us. Private pay: call (720) 591-0000 or send the intake form. Ask whether we are accepting new clients in your county.
What are your hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM. In-home visits are scheduled. We do not staff overnight or live-in coverage. Required 24-hour backup for a missed scheduled IHSS visit is separate from overnight staffing. It does not mean the office takes new requests around the clock.
