Who we are

The legal entity is Dedicated Home Services Corp. We have been in business since 2016. Our leadership has worked in in-home care since 1999. We are a Colorado-licensed Class B non-medical agency. We provide in-home support services (IHSS), personal care, homemaker, and companionship.

Independent living

We are committed to personal care and homemaking in the person’s own home. The aim is straightforward: help people continue living independently in a safe, clean, and healthy environment — without turning the home into a clinic, and without promising overnight or live-in coverage we do not staff. Required 24-hour backup for a missed scheduled IHSS visit is separate from overnight staffing.

Who we work with

Health First Colorado (Medicaid) HCBS/IHSS members and private-pay clients. Adults, young adults, and children, when we are authorized. Family attendants can work through the agency under IHSS.

What we are not

We are not a skilled home health agency. We do not advertise wound care, skilled lifting, skilled nursing, or medication administration except when authorized under IHSS. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM. In-home visits are scheduled.
